In the trial of Frank S., the public remained in the courtroom for only a few minutes. What happened before and after.
For professional reasons, I was unable to follow the remaining days of the trial and the pronouncement of the verdict in person. On 28 October 2026, Frank S. was sentenced by Berlin Regional Court I (Landgericht Berlin I) to twelve years in prison; the court also ordered subsequent preventive detention (Sicherungsverwahrung). I will stay on the case and will also report on the further investigations and a possible second indictment against Frank S.
