3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by an external hosting provider on servers in Germany.
When the website is accessed, technically necessary data is processed. This may include in particular the IP address, the date and time of access, the pages accessed, the browser type and the operating system.
The processing takes place in order to provide the website technically and to ensure its security and functionality. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The data is stored only for as long as is necessary for these purposes.
4. Contact form and email
If you contact me using the contact form or by email, the details you submit are processed in order to answer your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. In so far as your enquiry is directed at concluding or performing a contract, the processing additionally takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
The contact form is protected against misuse by a local, data-minimising security check (a proof-of-work captcha without third-party providers). No data is transmitted to third parties in the process.
The data is deleted as soon as your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
It is not passed on to third parties without a legal basis or your consent.
5. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies, in so far as these are required for the operation and functioning of the website (for example a session cookie when the contact form is submitted). No cookies are set for analytics or advertising purposes and no external services are embedded; fonts are loaded locally from my own server.
Should non-essential cookies or external services be used in future, this will only happen on the basis of the corresponding consent.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the right to:
- access to the personal data stored about you
- rectification of inaccurate data
- erasure of your data
- restriction of processing
- data portability
- object to certain processing
If processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
